Martyrs Romulus and Silvanus were servants of a wealthy Roman. They were devout Christians. When their master ordered them to offer pagan sacrifices, they refused, confessing their faith in Christ. Enraged, he had them tortured relentlessly, hoping to break their resolve. They endured the suffering with unwavering faith, strengthened by prayer. Eventually, they were beheaded for their steadfast belief.

O Holy Martyrs, intercede for us that we may have the same strength in faith.
