Sorry you have to deal with this shit nostr:npub12z8jsett3k6rv9fa2guau5p540qr2xuvjzkr8e432mglafjt99sqkw9zmx I feel bad now when I said this would be a more accepting place than the alternatives when I invited you here, but it looks like some apps still want to do things the old ways.

Looks like many people are already jumping into content moderation (moderated communities, report shadowbanning, centralized moderated feeds)

Not my cup of tea… will double the efforts on client-controlled feeds and moderation. This should always be a users choice, not some ruler who wants to make these decisions for you.

My apologies for the short response but I had woken up to this, all and hadn’t had #coffee in me yet.

No need for you to be sorry, Sir William. You created Damus and that was why I started here. It’s not ur fault #nostr involves many different #clients / relays ect , that can do this to me/ others.

It did seem more accepting when I started, but that’s what happens when a network grows, there’s going to more haters, more judgment, more negativity, more opinions.

I don’t feel it’s right as I’ve seen far worse content on nostr but we all have different perspectives and views I guess.

I will continue to exist, be my authentic self and try to find #freedom of censorship .

I appreciate everything you have done here on #damus for me to get to where I am right now. Thanks 💫💜🫶🙏
