I honestly didn't know growing up that deer shed their antlers, since none of the antelope in Africa sheds their horns.

I am remembering how how, in one ayahuasca journey many years ago, I was growing antlers… they were my antennas.
Another time, I had a dream where a deer jumped in front of my car at night on the highway… frozen in the headlights. I started honking, trying to get it to move… then I stopped. I got out of the car.
The next thing I knew, I was breastfeeding the deer.
