Right? It all started as why has humanity always made mini humanoid figures. Some obviously represented various Gods and deities. Beyond that many are creating (or purchasing) from others their own "mini-me's." My conservationist self couldn't justify bringing more waste into the world.

I get that. Sort of the way Jesus and Mary are always drawn looking like locals.

I've never seen anyone like myself in media, so reversing that with AI feels a bit therapeutic. Always felt a bit freakish.

Yeah, I don't really care too much about historical accuracy, although sometimes it's so off that it makes the storyline confusing.

That's okay. Having a schizo self-image forced me to have a personality and learn to read, and snagged me an unusual good husband. 😂

I've decided that it's a feature, not a bug.
