haha, wow. a few years ago i did the opposite.
i made a kettlebell with a leather sack and pennies.
80 bucks of pennies it's like 16 kgs. so instead of 80bucks for totally worthless steel, i bought 80bucks of mostly worthless but still redeemable currency.
