21st century normal people going to be able to own high quality reproductions of treasures that only kings and emperors could afford.

3D printing, CNC carving, CAD and robotics are going to bring a world of unimaginable plenty. AI is going to make it trivially easy to create.

If we can avoid falling into tyranny or being killed by a robot uprising, the world is going to outshine any previous renaissance or golden age.

The pharaohs will go green with envy. Roman emperors will feel like uncouth bumpkins in our shadow.

The prize is within reach, let's not stumble into decadence when we are so close!

We have the technology to feed and house 20 billion people.

We will soon have access to the resources of the oceans, the underground and the solar system.

We have the tools for communication and peaceful conflict resolution.

We only need the societal wisdom to learn from history what institutions bring prosperity and progress and which bring destruction and decadence.

We have the data. It truly is a question of education and social maturity.

Totally agree Flix, I propose a basic institution from which we can start, the family, anthropologically proven, from there on we have a hard job... By the way, I'm more afraid of the state than falling into tyranny or being killed by a robot uprising…
