Cold storage. Buried HW in the backyard along with seed words on titanium.

I can't recommend colocating hardware devices with seed word backups.

If a metal detector is all it takes to confiscate your life savings... at least use a BIP39 passphrase.

Totally. I actually have a better way of storing seed words but I never disclose it publicly.
