Here is the current fee list. I think this is super low.

Another thing, I added Funding to a Channel and 310,204 sats is stuck in a Pending Block Confirmations state and I think I am out of money because its been a few days. I closed the channel today, and this still shows

Opening and closing channels takes on chain fees. Most choose low fees (sometimes its auto set by software) to save money so It can take hours or days to complete .

HSWC: insufficient bandwidth to route htlc

If you can send and receive you should be good. I don't know terms like PPM. But my setup works.
