I used to drink a half pot before bed, would put me right to sleep. I would always have bad dreams though

Sounds like adrenaline.

Need more sugar to allow the thyroid to drive instead of the adrenals.

Coffee + 20-45 minute nap is a big power move to close out the day strong.

I have zero caffeine sensitivity whatsoever. I can literally down a bunch of coffee and sleep just fine. It's really strange and kinda sucks, since I can't get the boost people get from it 😂

I usually drink coffee before bed.
