I'm looking at Riga flight prices and they're about 1/3 of the cost that I paid last year. That doesn't seem right, but I'm not complaining.

So far it has seriously impacted only Helsinki - Tartu route. That’s east from Riga, near Russian border and landing systems in Tartu airport during nighttime completely rely on accurate GPS signal.
