The New Orleans Saints have parted ways with head coach Dennis Allen, following their seventh consecutive defeat. With an 18-25 record in two-and-a-half seasons, Allen failed to lead the team to the playoffs. Special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi will take over on an interim basis for the remainder of the campaign.
