They should start posting about sushi every in Bitcoin communities every time they can find some nonsensical way to relate it to the conversation.

The point is to reach out to people who are amenable to Bitcoin, mostly those who already have expressed interest. I'm not **that** retarded.
I said we could do it if it's relevant to the discussion, and I did not say we should just do it wherever and whenever a possible link could be made. It's a strange reading of my suggestion to interpret it as advocacy for actions that will end up necessarily being annoying or excessive.
Have you ever bridged a gap in conversation before after teasing out whether they are amenable to discussing the topic? I do this all the time in conversations, at least in real life. Online it can be a bit tricky so you have to look for more obvious signs such as an expressed interest in bitcoin or something adjacent, for example.
