trying to get some additional bitcoin wallets (hardware and software)
set up... so I wanted to send a small amount from one wallet to another
as a test. I guess the amount I used was WAY TOO SMALL ($2.50), But it wasn't rejected, was accepted. And that was 22 hours ago. I can see the transaction via mempool.io ... And it estimates it will take another several hours (which is what it said 22 hours ago)... I see the transaction on the receiving wallet side of the transaction - but there are ZERO
confirmations. So, this surprises me. I know/have heard about the
mempool getting backed up, due mostly to ordinals. But this is something else. Yeah, I know - should have used lightning for the tiny transaction. But the receiving wallet is BitCoin only, doesn’t use Lightning…
