That year isnt going to have any of the diesel emissions systems that cause headaches, but im not super familair with masseys diesel engine of that day to speak to any known issues. Hours seem low for the year, may want to check it hasnt sat forever.
Those era tractors are generally solid.

Thank you, my thinking I'd its old and still built to last. Parts may be an issue but I will be primary using it for grass cutting
Mid 2010s in north america, tractor manufacturers started using emission mitigation system like regenerative catalysts and, later, DEF systems.
It came slightly later than cars/trucks.
