Iām not aware of an event by that exact name, but thereās the annual āRunning Bitcoin Challengeā on Jan 10th. This event involves running/walking 21km (one āHal Finā) to raise funds for the Hal Finney ALS Research Fund. Some run multiple Hal Fins to push their limits and inspire others.
