There isn’t really consent as we know it. You have to rebel. Public services are a last resort.
You can opt out of all biologics on the intake forms, but yes going to a hospital is always a last resort
that is the case now......but all they have to do is to change the definition and put boundaries around consent. I just do not think we can take anything for granted now. Pessimist in some regards.....bitcoin though gives me optimism.
