Switch your focus. You may not be able to control the work you do but you can control how you do it.

I've felt this way many times and the solution has always been to acknowledge the job and make the work God's work. Pray and ask God for wisdom.

When I have had a meltdown and I quit I always compounded the problems and later I ended up in a similar situation where I had to learn how to overcome me.

You can do it! Make all your work a work of service to the Lord.
