On a whim, I bought a bag of sorghum. Thought I’d try it out as an alternative to rice or quinoa, the usual sides.
But I don’t think I did it right. Came out of the pressure cooker still watery and kinda chewy. How is sorghum supposed to feel when properly cooked? #asknostr
Try Buckwheat you’ll be much happier.
Top it with a beef stroganoff or thick stew and enjoy.
