yeah, i think part of the trick we are gonna play is that we do most of our work off the books until we snare a legit contract and then we can actually realistically handle that tax shit
the trickiest part then after that is who you get to do it, because that pollution of purpose - i've seen it first hand, tax accountants are some kind of crazy people living in some kind of la la land, and a lot of the work they do is just about getting their fees and not about helping you at all
my advice to you is, it would be a good thing to investigate now, before it comes to having serious money flowing into the pool, to find legit, actually not insane tax accountants and administration consultants to get around this bullshit part of it, it's firmly my opinion that a lot of businesses get fucked over by them
