Too much and the guys play with are amateur 😜

But good cardio even if you play less

Yeh averaging around 20k a week , but resting for last 11 days due calf & hamstring spasms

Do you stretch after Badminton?

No stretch after or before.

Don’t do static stretching before anyway.

But when i begun static stretching after the workout, it did wonders with my recovery.

I am too lazy to do post stretch exercises but you said so will start over again.

I recommend you this one if you want to invest the time. It covers all you need and is simple.

If you have less time, skip on some stretches but not the length of the stretch, because research shows that the effect of static stretching is really shown with 30 seconds or more.
