It shouldn't be considered libertarian or anarchism to just want the government to be less bloated and more fiscally responsible.

Maybe just as a start we stop sending trillions to fund overseas wars and try to not grow the debt. Many countries don't fund other people's wars, this isn't libertarian utopian philosophy.
