this sound true. it's the same in Germany and the Nordics that the foodie business (both preparation and delivery) is dominated by immigrant labor.
How has the wages in the food business fared fir the past 10 years though?
Though point about delivery getting big. might be that those salaries are shil like all the rest of gig economy.
