Can it really be a coincidence that all the crazy internal conflictive culture, the drug, gangs, violence, mental health problems, all the anti-social behaviour, it all started to appear immediately after 1971 and the post-Bretton Woods accord?

I'm asking honestly because it does seem to be quite a coincidence? A part of me wants to be doubtful of this because it is simply too simple. But then again, sometimes things are really as simple as they look...
