looking to spend about 100$ on a frying pan. have a cast iron pan I love but looking for one to do water based pan action like pasta sauces and such. any suggestions?

You looking for a good nonstick or something super durable?
I want something that will last longer then 3 years. Had some cheapo non stick for the last couple of pan iteration and I don't want to keep buying them.
