Well, despite eating largely carnivore for a year and a half, I’ve been looking forward to this lunch ever since the seeds went in the ground. A freshly picked spinach and lettuce salad with Little Creek Ranch, and a huge bowl of spinach and beet tops sautéed in butter with Garlic Plus, salt, pepper and soya sauce.
