Did you know that most of what is sold as Wasabi is not actually Wasabi, but horseradish (approx. 99% in the western world)?
Yup and it pisses me off. I want real wasabi.
like almost everything in the food industry. fraud, fraud, and more fraud, and nowhere near enough guillotines.
