with a little bit of effort anyone can already use nostr without linking themselves to legal identities.
with a few optimizations on the client side this will become much easier.
nyms will build up verifiable reputations over time and become credible sources of truth.
What am I missing here? Isn't nostr by design already not linked to a legal ID? I didn't put in any email etc when I got my nsec/npub
I think the only time you link to a legal ID is when you set up a lightning wallet. There are ways around this but most people will dox themselves when they do this.
and the system, little by little, expands, grows and becomes functional and efficient
