Yeah it is. Click on the documentation part and read. It supports tor but isn't required.

I've read it. Either I'm missing it or it isn't there. I'll check again though.
Oh yeah, it's based off tor though. Which makes the whole thing super slow on clearnet. I want it without tor being involved.
