What do you use it for?
This is just to learn the basics to get started.
I get that. What do you use it for?
It's a programming language. I've seen it used a lot with data science.
That is where I have seen it referenced. So I take it you don’t know it? Do you write code?
No I don't. That's why we're trying to learn in a group.
I've been told that it's a good place to start if you want to get comfortable with coding. Then you can look learning at other languages later.
Sorry. I keep putting my phone down. Makes having a conversation difficult. When you mentioned starting a group, I thought you were going to teach. Perhaps you want to learn. I don’t know python. Thought about it. Been programming for 3 decades. Enjoy computing. So if you want to learn, I applaud that. I hope you get the group you want.
No. I'm not planning to teach. Just find a group who wants to learn together.
So, have you used Python before?
No, I have not. I work with people who use it. I don’t do data science work. Outside of that, I’m not sure what you would use python for. But if you start a group, I would join. And contribute however I can.
Ok. I'll search for good examples of other uses. But for now the purpose of the group will be to get people comfortable with using a coding language.
Wait, what happened to the cowboy hat?
Rodeo ended.
Bring it back. The look was hot.
Don’t care what your husband thinks. It suits you.
Giddy yup
