I really enjoy the Gateway Experience from the Monroe Institute. It takes advantage of breathing techniques and dual tones in either ear of headphones to do something called hemi-sync (sync the left and right side of your brain), and other helpful guidance as you progress through the "waves". Get some headphones, find a quiet place without any stimulus, silence your mind and start with wave 1. There is a download link for you below. Enjoy friend <3
