Mining death spiral? Before researching, I’d wager much more selling volume will come from leveraged position liquidations
Discussion
My guess is the "mining death spiral" will create enough FUD among the paperhands investor-class (Larry Fink types) and bring bitcoin back down to levels to pick those of us up that missed the whole-coin boat before all this ETF business. The ship will not be at dock long.
Plausible 🤔 thanks for the perspective. I’m not sure the unit bias is as-relevant for the Larry Fink types when they’re buying IOU securities that require manual whole-coin conversion calculations. For example, slim chances any brokerage is displaying your $FBTC balance in BTC units to 3 decimal places. It’s very likely only fiat-denominated, shares, or % allocation.
Larry Fink types only care about NGU. I don’t think they understand the stacking sats concept.
Not my point, but yes you are correct. Im saying paperhands will paperhands because they don't truly believe in it. The wholecoin aspect is only from a pleb perspective.
