Forgive my ignorance, my knowledge comes from your and Uncle Jack’s podcast appearances, plus I just read the abstract.
It seems Qubit fluorometry is a reliable method of measuring DNA counts.
But is qPCR a reliable method for testing for the presence of SV40? I’ve heard criticisms of PCR tests, but I don’t know exactly what its pitfalls are.
