Circular 121 of the Bank of the Republic of #Haiti requires electronic payment service providers (MoMo such as Natcash, Moncash), before opening any account, to request official identity documents. It must be remembered that 1/4 of the population doesn't have a birth certificate.

Without a valid birth certificate, it is generally not possible to get a valid id.
