Damn right! If we're lucky we get a 2% tip out. I mean, the customer IS there for our food, after all. At the end of the night the waiters are all counting their cash while we're scrubbing the line.😥
It’s true. They’re back there working here making sure the front of the house gets served. But you can’t exactly waltz into the kitchen and convince someone to download a random app.
Yes, definitely don't waltz into the kitchen uninvited or you'll quickly be waltzed out.😅
