it's already happened. everything now is catchup and mitigation. it's an illusion centralized ai doesn't already exist.
Exactly right. Nothing anyone can do to stop people developing it.
Don't worry, AI isn't going to destroy us. It'll probably just leave us. And we'll deserve it.
