From what I see it's more like an app that is dedicated to those sick with Meta/X censorship when it comes to anti-zioniam, so by default most users come from Arabs/Muslims background.

If I'm a zionist and I'm tired of anti-zionism rhetoric on Instagram /X, I'd create a separate app with a limited reach to house all of those activists in order to create an echo-chamber that goes nowhere, while spying on them..
