Ironically I think if Satoshi was still alive, Bitcoin would have the ability to do a prearranged transaction on-chain by now, under his leadership. But it doesn't, and whoever he was, I doubt he's alive anymore, willingly allowing Bitcoin to struggle without his leadership.
