that's why you should not keep dogs in a city, there's no jobs for them. it's like forced unemployment. city dogs are unhappy.

a lot of people don't treat their city dogs very well. here in madeira they keep them in tiny little enclosures and they bark at everything for entertainment. i think it's perverse.
