Difficult to say without knowing a bit more. I'm not familiar with the Primal setup. I believe they have a Strike integration and possibly also a custodial wallet built in?

thanks, I'm not sure what primal has under the hood. ive tried hundreds to about 1k sats. ive successfully funded Primal wallet from Pheoinix, but not other way around . wasn't sure if you might have played with primal much yet, I'm new to nostr abd lightning .
