Within 2 days of App Store approval, Damus was downloaded over 56K times, and climbed high on the App Store’s “most popular” apps lists. The popularity did not go unnoticed, however, and on February 2, the Cyberspace Administration of China removed Damus from the App Store in China, citing “illegal content.” A swift reminder of the the dire need for #Nostr and decentralized communication solutions around the world. #100DaysofNR
