In a closed-door meeting with families of Israeli hostages, Steve Witkoff reportedly expressed cautious optimism, telling them, “I don’t have perfect news, but I believe we’ll succeed.”

He also revealed a significant change in President Trump’s approach to the negotiations: an end to incremental agreements. “President Trump now believes that all hostages must return at once,” Witkoff said.

“We’re moving toward an all-or-nothing deal for all 20 living hostages,” he added. “And we have a plan.”
