The Supreme Court can't avoid accelerating the collapse of the dollar, and thus the tax system, and thus the executive branch, and thus the authority of the judicial branch.

Every time they uphold "code is speech" in the US, they will accelerate it by empowering programmers in the US work at a natural pace.

Every time they violate "code is speech" in the US without a very strong mass-murder campaign against all programmers worldwide, they will make computer programming seem like a less anglosphere-centric behavior worldwide, which will make non-anglosphere-centric computer nerds more interested in programming, which will empower them to work at a natural pace.

If they try a mass-murder campaign against all programmers worldwide, they will find it's a mistake, because there is no military strategy for defeating all the world's computer programmers in a war without it being a Pyrrhic victory at the cost of the dollar itself.

Clearly, if there is a God, accelerating the collapse of the dollar is the job chosen for Supreme Court justices in this century. Those awarded seats on the Court in this generation are destined to choose what path they will take to undermining their own seats, with no available paths leading anywhere else.
