This is how a perfect #carnivore dinner looks like. Why I went from vegan to raw vegan, back to vegan then vegetarian, then pescatarian, keto and finally carnivore? Because I have always been struggling with my health, my digestion, eating disorders and bad depression. Vegan made all this worse. Only when I started carnivore almost all my issues disappeared. And if you are somebody who struggles with immune conditions or any other things, just try it, you don’t have anything to loose. Health and your body are the most important things you will ever have.

So what is your average menu a week, Laura?

Mostly eggs and beef. If you want to see more recipes or meal I eat or benefits of the carnivore diet I share it on instagram https://www.instagram.com/vegan.turned.carnivore?

Kind of you but I'm #Nostronly

Thanks for sharing and welcome to nostr.

Was looking around why you went from veg(atari)an to carnivore. Browsing your posts answered my question without having to ask.

I have been strictly carnivore for 3 months today but have been keto since 2013 (albeit also not 100% strict all the time) and have been. Well let's call it 90% carnivore for the better part of a year now.

May i ask what type of immune conditions you were dealing with and how long did it take for you to resolve them?

I mostly have (grass) pollen allergies but they are not the same every year. Some years are worse than others, i have been having a few days these past 3 months where i had some mild flare-ups, mostly some sneezing and a runny nose. I can also have some eczema, typically on my lower legs but this too is very sporadic (maybe once a year for a month or so), so it's hard to say if carnivore is helping in these areas.
