Been trying Biphasic sleep for a couple of weeks now. Feels great. I sleep less and seem to get more accomplished. We should never stop nap time

How long did it take you to adjust?

Couple of days. The hardest part is getting used to waking up twice and shaking off the sleep state.

This has fascinated me fit a while, but, I've never had the chance to try it.
