I think in certain situation it can create link between your transaction and your block reward adress if you mine it with lesser fee then rest transactions in block. It's not certain, but when you pay small fee and other don't, there is some probability that miner is also that UTXO owner.

That was meant with hyperbole 😎 But:

1. either you have enough hashrate to mine the block regularly and often enough, then you only need to go slightly below the current fees and thus the link will not be so obvious.

2. or you're mining with NerdMiner and the probability of mining a block once every decade, and then you choose a fee relevant to the desired priority anyway.

By the way, if you look at https://miningpool.observer/template-and-block , you will see that the differences between the Bitcoin Core getblocktemplate and the actual mined block are numerous and in virtually every block.
