claiming a spiritual identity is so easy these days. in fact, claiming any identity is easy

dress a certain way, follow certain people, tell everyone you just did a (very shallow & compromised, westernized & corrupted) tantra/breathwork/yoga/embodiment teacher training, buy a book to post some lines on your insta stories & copy and paste the same stuff everyone else is posting. done

we live in a society that is so shallow and also provides a massive load of information at any second that it is so easy to stay unnoticed. People just look but they don’t see - because it’s all too much to process, too much to really understand (& also no one cares THAT much)

and honestly after all, real embodiment shines through & also, everyone is ”figuring it out“ in their own way & some need to assume an identity before they can become authentic

my prayer for everyone is that we may find the courage to authentically express & show up deeply and fully in a world that values shallow interactions, buzzwords and looks over rooted embodiment

may we have the courage to create what we wish existed
