New to NixOS. Want to get NeoVim working. I use LazyVim with my own tweaks.

This did not work last time. What do I need to google and set up to make that work? Idk what the best thing going for this is right now.

What’s not working?

Last time, I was never able to get NeoVim to read my settings. On traditional installs, you put them in ~/.config/nvim

From what I understand there’s a few ways to handle this on nix, but idk what the best way is, and don’t know enough about nix to really know what to try first.

I already have a config I use on my other machines in a repo. I’d like to be able to use it as closely as possible so I don’t have to maintain multiple configs.

it should load from the standard place. You can do a pure home setup but thats just annoying imo

I’ll give it a try in a little bit. Thx. 🫂
