how I can know which relays have all my posts?

In the general relays I have the default amethyst and all on (about 20)

I would add nostr.mom, nos.lol and nostr.wine if you want to pay them to secure your data.

both for Public home and Inbox relays?

Nostr.wine won't work for inbox types, just home.

hmmm just a thought.

But while more and more people use some "main" relays after a period of time these relays would be really powerful, right??

because "they" will communicate posts to more people

Yep, that's why we offer no defaults. No bias. One large relay is ok, but smaller ones are important too.
