I lost 15 then another 15 Euros buying back in (lol, classic noob) but then I managed to pay the winner in Bitcoin.

I also paid the guy who organised the pizza order in Bitcoin.

My ego took a bruising but ultimately, it was a win for Bitcoin.

Either way bitcoin wins

Your ego shouldn't take a bruising, card games are 99% about luck, no matter what they tell you.

What wallets did you use on the send and receive side?

I used bitkit they used blink and WoS

GM Joe! 🌅🍳☕️🥓🥓📈🚀⚡️I spend €2 to check my blood sugar 3 times a day for 15 years, and about €10 once a month at a barbecue with friends. Metformin (which I've been replacing for six years with physical activity and better dietary control) is distributed "free" by the public health system (with funds collected from my income and consumption). The occasional poker night (with limits, of course) is a great deal, in my opinion.

How many hands did you see? Did you learn anything? How much time did you spend? 30 euro for a fun evening doesn’t seem too expensive in the end!

That's exactly what I say. Putting a hard cap on my poker night expenses is like buying a movie ticket. Paying for entertainment. And I don't do it every week.

Research "outs."

Use the rule of 2 and 4.

Say there are 8 cards that will give you a winning hand in the turn(4th community card in Texas Hold Em)

8 x 2 =16

You have a 16% chance of winning. The odds are not great, but saybthe pot was a 100,000

sats, but it only costs 10,000 sats to call.

You should make the call because if the pod odds.

Hopefully this helps your game next time.

Gotta start poker with loses to learn

Like almost everyone's first bitcoin buy... Goes down as soon as you do 😂
