Well, we have list. And there is private list (encrypted no one know who is on your list).

Don’t. But the amazing thing about nostr is there are many clients for different user experience to fit your needs and preferences.
True but I’m not going to switch clients to see what a few people are up to.
Funny, I had my kiwi PWA up today during zapathon with my favorite SW list because I wanted to see that separately from my follows list in Primal, while spitting memes out of Snort. Also Primal didn't seem to support lists. Or posting memes, still won't upload images for me.
I guess nostr open up possibilities on how people can use social platforms. Because of its mechanics, because builders can build; the old social platforms that we are used to, is just one of the ways to interact.
Lists are a big reason follower counts are useless - I follow many more people on lists than my actual follow feed.
I've always thought of timelines as feeds. But hey, that's me.
Interesting. I’m exact opposite. Never used lists. Only pay attention to one timeline unless I search for something.
